Payment credentials are encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS certified gateway Razorpay. We never store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
We never rent, sell, or monetize customer contact data, email addresses, or transaction histories with third-party marketing brokers.
Digital resource downloads are authorized through short-lived cryptographic tokens, ensuring private, secure fulfillment of your files.
1. Information We Collect
MixerLead collects minimal information essential for fulfillment, licensing, and security:
- Contact & Account Details: Your name and email address provided during checkout to dispatch order receipts and Buyer Vault access.
- Order History: Product IDs, transaction amounts, invoice identifiers, and download timestamps.
- Edge Telemetry: Anonymized country and region headers used to localize pricing between INR (₹) and USD ($).
2. How We Utilize Collected Data
Collected information is strictly used to: (a) generate and verify digital download links, (b) send transactional confirmations and invoices, (c) deliver product update notifications for assets with lifetime revision access, and (d) comply with tax and statutory accounting obligations.
3. Service Providers & Infrastructure
We rely on enterprise-grade infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality: Distributed Global Edge Network for low-latency edge hosting, DNS, and DDoS mitigation; Razorpay for encrypted payment processing; and Secure Private Cloud Storage for digital asset storage.
4. Cookies & Edge Geolocation
We employ essential session tokens for buyer authentication and lightweight edge headers to detect your preferred currency. We do not use intrusive cross-site advertising trackers.
