Getting Started

Yes. MixerLead has a free plan that lets you connect up to 2 social accounts and schedule up to 10 posts per month — no credit card required. Paid plans unlock higher limits and advanced features.

Most users connect their first account and schedule their first post within 5 minutes. The onboarding wizard walks you through every step.

LinkedIn (personal profiles and company pages) and Instagram (business accounts) are fully supported today. More platforms are on the roadmap.

No. MixerLead is fully browser-based. There's nothing to install — just sign up and start publishing.

Pricing & Billing

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the Settings page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. Annual billing saves you up to 34% compared to month-to-month. You can switch between monthly and annual in your account settings.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. UPI and net banking support for Indian customers is coming soon.

Yes — every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time.

Account & Security

We use OAuth 2.0 — the same standard used by major apps. MixerLead never sees or stores your social media passwords.

Yes. You can disconnect any connected account from your MixerLead settings, and also revoke access directly from LinkedIn's or Meta's app settings.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We don't sell or share your data with third parties.

Team seats and role-based access are on our roadmap. Right now MixerLead is designed for solo users and small teams. Multi-seat support is coming in a future release.

Features

Bulk scheduling via CSV is on our roadmap and will be available in an upcoming release. Right now you can schedule individual posts with full date/time control.

Yes. You can upload and schedule native Reels through MixerLead using the Meta Graph API. Story scheduling support is also available.

Yes. You can connect and publish to both your personal LinkedIn profile and any company pages you administer.

AI-powered caption suggestions are on our roadmap. We plan to roll this out in a future update — stay tuned!

Teams

Free: 2 accounts. Pro: up to 10 accounts. We’re a small, early-stage product, so limits may evolve as we grow. Check your plan settings for current limits.

Client approval workflows are on our roadmap. For now, you can share drafts manually. We plan to add in-app approval links in a future release.

An activity/audit log is planned for a future update. It’s a priority as we add team collaboration features.
