Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you interact with the service. "Local storage" and "session storage" serve similar purposes but are accessible only via JavaScript in your browser.

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and storage mechanisms MixerLead uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Cookie Domain

Both cookies are scoped to .mixerlead.com and are only transmitted over secure (HTTPS) connections.

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) for client-side application state. This data never leaves your browser and is not sent to our servers.

Clearing your browser's local storage or site data will remove these entries and may require you to log in again.

MixerLead itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. However, third-party services may set their own cookies during specific interactions:

Payment Processing (Razorpay)

When you initiate a payment, Razorpay's checkout widget may set cookies necessary for payment processing, fraud detection, and session management. These are governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.

OAuth Authentication

When you connect social media accounts or sign in with Google/Microsoft/GitHub, the respective provider's OAuth flow may set cookies in popup windows. These cookies are controlled by the respective platform and are not accessible to MixerLead.

CAPTCHA (ALTCHA)

We use ALTCHA, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly CAPTCHA solution. ALTCHA does not set cookies or track users across sites.

MixerLead does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies. We do not participate in ad networks, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View and delete existing cookies
• Block all cookies or only third-party cookies
• Configure per-site cookie preferences
• Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set

Important: Blocking or deleting the auth_token cookie will log you out quickly. Blocking the session_active cookie may cause the application to behave as if you are not logged in.

To clear localStorage, use your browser's Developer Tools > Application > Local Storage, or clear all site data for mixerlead.com.

Since MixerLead uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the platform to function, explicit cookie consent is not required under most privacy frameworks (including GDPR Article 5(3) and the DPDP Act).

If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future (such as analytics or preference cookies), we will update this policy and implement a consent mechanism before setting those cookies.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. For material changes (such as introducing new cookie categories), we will provide notice via email or in-app notification.
